Demystifying Therapy

Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can help you gain self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, overthinking, procrastination, low mood, compulsive behaviors, phobias, life transitions, and grief.

Your Complimentary Discovery Call

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. To help you get started, Meeta offers a complimentary 15-minute discovery call for individuals considering counselling.

During this call, you will have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, discuss your hopes and expectations, and ask any questions you may have. Meeta will also provide an overview of the counselling process, including confidentiality and professional boundaries, so you can make an informed decision about your care.

This initial conversation is an opportunity for both you and Meeta to determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
